Ralphie
Ralphie was rescued from a Native American Reservation as a puppy. While never having an official DNA test, our best guess is that he is a blue heeler/rottweiler mix. Ralphie is the perfect dog for providing therapy. He has the energy of a working dog that allows him to be in "work mode" for long periods while also being chill and loving to those around him. Ralphie's favorite thing to do is chase his ball and chew on bones.
I have worked with Ralphie since he was a puppy to train him in basic commands. He is also formally trained as a certified therapy dog. These trainings include him following commands without much redirection, not being easily startled, and relying on me for support when he becomes dysregulated in a loud environment.

You could expect Ralphie to greet you when you come into the office and maybe give some licks on your hand (but don't worry, if you ask for no kisses, he will stop). Then he may choose to stay near you or go settle somewhere else in the room. As he grows older, he is growing more snuggly. So the chances continue to increase that he will sit next to you on the couch, if that is something you would like.
